Cyndi Nguyen has always believed that progress starts with people — and that District E deserves a leader who listens, delivers, and gets results. During her previous term, Cyndi brought in over $340 million in critical investments for infrastructure, redevelopment, demolition, new construction, and blight remediation. Those dollars transformed neglected areas into opportunities and laid the foundation for a stronger, safer, and more connected community.
 

Now, Cyndi is ready to build on that momentum and take District E to the next level. Her vision is focused on making City Hall work for the people, empowering homeowners to build wealth, strengthening community connections, and protecting our neighborhoods. She’s committed to finishing the projects she started — from Lincoln Beach and Richard Lee Playground to Bayou Phoenix — while expanding opportunities for youth, seniors, and entrepreneurs alike.
 

Cyndi’s plan is simple but powerful: continue the work of progress by bringing government closer to the people, creating real pathways to ownership, and uniting business owners, investors, and residents to move District E forward — together.
