My friends and neighbors of District E, we gained endorsements that matter for the people and I am proud of it. Most importantly, the most powerful endorsements are those that come from you, EVERYDAY PEOPLE!
50 out of 57 precincts. 46% of the vote. That is not just a number — that is a resounding message from the people of District E. You have spoken loud and clear: you believe in progress, you believe in results, and you believe in leadership that delivers.
Our victory in the primary — just 4% shy of winning outright — is a testament to the power of people over politics. It shows what happens when we stand together to move our community forward, not backward. While others trade in attacks, distractions, and false, defamatory accusations, we trade in results — real, visible, life-changing results.
Let me be clear: I did not approve the Entergy plant. That decision was made before I ever took office. And I never uttered the words being used to divide our community. These are political tactics intended to influence this election — meant to distract from what we’ve achieved together and to stop the momentum of a movement Powered By The People.
